Monochrome Maniac & Macro Monday

Ok, this is my first time for Macro Monday, but decided to combine it with my Monochrome as well. I'll also provide the color, to show the difference. I can't decide which I like better.

I believe my favorite is the Monochrome. I have been doing the Monochrome Friday, and I am loving doing more and more shots in Monochrome.

Beautiful -- I like the color version better. Very soft and subtle.

Very nice! I like the color shot because of the contrast. Great shot.

I like them both, but I prefer the coloured one. That greyish blue with the soft golden grass...I don't know, just lovely.

Geotgous!
I am just starting to play a bit with that setting.
It isn't as easy as it may seem to get a great, clear capture.
Good job!

I like them both too, either way it's a great shot with the softness of the grasses against the backdrop.

The b&w with a little more contrast.

I like the monochrome one better, some photos are just more dramatic in B&W.
